Q: What are your postage options?
A: Standard postage is free within Australian, and is fully tracked and insured for peace of mind. We post to most international countries, with quotes displayed at checkout. If you don't see your country at checkout, please get in touch.

Q: Why are the prices different to those I've found on your eBay site? 
A: eBay charges a comparatively steep commission compared to our selling costs via our website, and we like to pass those savings on to you. 

Q: I've made an offer via your website. When can I expect a response? 
A: We endeavour to respond to offers as soon as possible, and it's generally within an hour during normal business times. 

Q: Where are you located? Do you have a physical shop? 
A: We are located in the historical QLD city of Ipswich, and whilst we don't currently have a physical shop we are available for viewings by appointment. 

Q: Do you buy? 
A: Yes! We are always buying new stock. Get in touch with what you've got and we can go from there. 

Q: Where does your stock come from? 
A: We have an international purchasing network established, with all items coming from reputable vendors. Most of our stock is sourced locally in Australia. 

Q: Do you offer giftwrapping? 
A: Yes, on request. Please let us know before or when you place your order if you need this, as we generally will post items within 24 hours of payment.
