Here today for your consideration we have this beautiful 19th century solid 950-grade sterling silver entree fork and knife, made by Pierre Quielle of Paris, c-1838-1846. The set is of fiddle and thread design with rounded knife blade and four-tine fork, being of very good quality and gauge throughout. Condition is good used, with no major damage to note (a few minor depressions to the knife handle, nothing too serious). Both knife and fork are hallmarked (handle hallmark fading), with the set free from monogram or crest. A fine knife and fork set of high purity silver from a good Parisian maker.
The knife and fork measure 20cm and 18.5cm respectively, with the set weighing in at 92gms unpacked.
