Here today for your consideration we have this beautiful 19th century solid 900-grade silver butter knife, made by Pfeiffer & Frenche of America, c-1840's. The knife features a decorative handle and scalloped blade, being of very good quality and gauge throughout. Condition is good used, with no major damage to note (some scratching to the blade, per photos). The knife features a well executed monogram to the face, with the hallmarks reasonably clear to the reverse. An attractive and useful piece for the collection.
The knife measures 17.5cm long and weighs in at 37gms unpacked.
