Here today for your consideration we have this superb pair of solid coin silver (90% pure) dessert spoons, made by Dunning of America, c-1850's. This wonderful pair has been produced in the Fiddleback design and is of good quality and gauge. Condition is good used, with the set having some marking on the stems possibly from rubber bands (refer photos). Each spoon features a well executed but fading monogram to the face, with the hallmarks about 80% overall. A nice early 19th century set of American spoons for the collection.
Each spoon measures 22.5cm long, with the set weighing in at 90gms unpacked.
