Here today for your consideration we have this beautiful Victorian solid 15ct yellow gold brooch, produced in the Etruscan-revival style with flower and laurel motifs, c-1890. The brooch is of oval form with express detail and very nice toning, being of good quality throughout. Condition is reasonably good, with no damage to the gold evident. The pin is very loose and will require tensioning or adjusting should the piece be wanting to be worn. A fine example of a late 19th century solid gold brooch for the collection.
