Here today for your consideration we have this superb pair of Dutch solid 833-grade silver serving pieces, having date letter for 1913. This large set features decorative figural handles of tower, leaf, and snake theme, being of exceptional quality and gauge. Condition is fair used, with one of the fork tines having a 7mm loss (refer photos). Each piece is identically hallmarked in various places throughout, with the spoon having a nicely executed by shallow engraving under the bowl. A very fine and early set of Dutch solid silver servingware.
The spoon and fork measure 29.5cm and 29cm long respectively, with the bowl of the spoon measuring 11cm x 8cm at the rim. Unpacked, the set weighs in at a very impressive 351gms.
