Here today for your consideration we have this wonderful Art Deco solid 9ct yellow gold fob medal, made for the Railways & Tramways Ambulance Corps of NSW, c-1932. The medal is of cross shape with bi-colour enamel detailing, being of very good quality throughout. Condition is good used, with minimal (if any) loss to the enamel to report. The medal is plainly inscribed to the verso, with the hallmark in good order. The medal comes complete with a jump ring (cut), offering versatility to wear as a pendant if desired. A lovely piece of early Australian history in solid gold.
Including the jump ring, the medal measures 35mm x 27mm and weighs in at 5.93gms unpacked.
