Here today for your consideration we have this beautiful vintage solid 900-grade silver small salver or serving tray, bearing Egyptian hallmarks confirming purity and dating to around 1942/1943. The plate features an understated design throughout with floral border and tapering rim, being of good quality and exceptional gauge throughout. Condition is good used, with a couple of minor pinpricks evident in places and some shallow surface scratching commensurate with irregular use. The tray is free from monogram or crest, with the hallmarks clearly struck. A very practical piece of 20th century Egyptian silver for the collection.
