Here today for your consideration we have this beautiful antique 9ct yellow gold brooch, set with a large central chrysoprase gemstone. This lovely piece is of oval form with nicely crafted goldwork, being of very good quality throughout. Condition is good used, with no major damage to note. The hinge is tight with the pin holding good tension within the catch, and the brooch having an additional ring for a safety chain or conversion to a pendant. A very attractive piece for the collection.
The stone measures 26mm x 19mm and has an estimated weight of 14.14cts. The brooch measures 34mm x 25mm and weighs in at 6.79gms.
