Here today for your consideration we have this superb Edwardian sterling silver-lidded scent bottle, made by William Henry Sparrow of London, c-1920. The bottle is of square form with tapering hobnail-glass body and internal stopper, finished by a plainly-designed screw-on lid. Condition is good used, with no major damage to the glass or silver evident. The internal stopper is stuck, with the bottle full of glass beads and assumedly perfume. The lid is without monogram or crest, with the hallmarks about 70% overall. An attractive piece for the collection.
The bottle stands 60mm tall and measures 30mm square at the base. Unpacked, it weighs in at 54gms.
