Antique Art Deco 1925 Large Sterling Silver Cigarette Card Case Engine Turned

Here today for your consideration we have this lovely large Art Deco sterling silver cigarette case, made by Charles S Green & Co Ltd of Birmingham, c-1925. The case is of flat shape with engine turning and floral borders, being of very good quality and gauge throughout. Condition is reasonably good used, with no major damage to note (a few minor depressions in places; the clasp only softly latching and requiring adjustment). The case features a well executed monogram to the interior, with the hallmarks about 90% overall. A versatile early 20th century English silver case for the collection.

Closed, the case measures 11.5cm x 8cm. Unpacked, is weighs in at a respectable 148gms.
