Here today for your consideration we have this lovely Art Deco sterling silver christening mug, made by Deakin & Francis of Birmingham, c-1928. This beautiful mug features a plain design throughout, having bulbous form and monogram to the face. Condition is good used, with a few knocks and dents evident throughout. The hallmarks are about 80% overall, with the mug retaining some original gilding to the interior. A lovely mug for your collection.
The mug stands 8.5cm tall and has a diameter of 6.5cm at the rim. Unpacked, it weighs in at 71gms.
