Here today for your consideration we have this superb Art Deco set of eight sterling silver grapefruit spoons, made by Josiah Williams & Co (David Landsborough Fullerton) of London, c-1929. This beautiful boxed set was retailed by Pearce & Sons Ltd of Leicester and Leeds, with each spoon featuring a beautifully shaped stem and nicely pointed bowl. Condition is good used, with no major damage to note. The spoons are free from monogram or crest, with the hallmarks about 90% overall. The box is in nice condition with the hinges and clasp in good order. A very fine set for the collection.
Each spoon measures 14cm long, with the boxed set weighing in at 499gms. The silver alone weighs in at 171gms.
