Here today for your consideration we have this beautiful pair of Art Deco sterling silver pepper pots, made by Goldsmiths & Silversmiths Co Ltd of Birmingham (c-1929) and London (c-1930). This lovely matching set features lion paw feet, having bulbous bodies and tapering tops, of each terminating in a forty-four hole top with turned finial. Condition is good used, with no major structural damage to note. The set is free from monogram or crest, with the hallmarks about 80% overall. The lids sit tightly on the bases, with the set sitting nicely on a flat table. The set is free from salt corrosion, with each having additional retailer marks to the base. All in all, a very fine set for the collection.
Each pot stands 9cm tall, with the set weighing in at 127gms unpacked.
