Here today for your consideration we have this lovely Art Deco faceted glass hairpin bottle, having faux tortoiseshell lid fitted with gilt sterling silver rim by Collett & Anderson of London, c-1934. Condition is fair used, with the lid having some chips (per photos) and the bottle being free from damage. The inset monogram is in good order, with the hallmarks about 80% overall (maker poorly struck). A very attractive piece of early 20th century glass and silver for the collection.
The jar stands 17.5cm tall and weighs in at 180gms unpacked.
