Here today for your consideration we have this beautiful Art Deco sterling silver trophy cup, made by Jay & Richard Attenborough Co Ltd of Chester, c-1934. This wonderful example has been awarded by H.J.S (Highgate Junior School) as a 1st place prize for swimming/diving. The cup is in good used condition, having no major damage to note (minor bumps and bruises from ordinary use). The engraving has been beautifully executed, with the hallmarks crisp and clear. A very attractive piece for the collection.
The trophy cup stands 9.5cm tall and measures 8.5cm handle-to-handle. Unpacked, it weighs in at 85gms.
