Here today for your consideration we have this superb Art Deco sterling silver trencher salt cellar, made by T H Hazelwood & Co of Birmingham, c-1945. This beautiful piece is features a tapering form with rounded bowl, being of very good quality and gauge throughout. Condition is good used, with no major damage to note (a couple of minor depressions evident, refer photos). The salt features a well executed but fading date, with the hallmarks about 80%. A very attractive piece of antique silver for the collection.
The salt stands 2.5cm tall and has a diameter of 10cm at the base. Unpacked, it weighs in at 152gms (weighted).
