Here today for your consideration we have this superb Victorian/Art Nouveau 9ct solid yellow gold brooch, featuring a vibrant emerald-cut offset citrine gemstone, c-1900. The brooch features leaf and twisted bar form, being of good quality and gauge throughout. Condition is good used, with evidence of an old solder repair evident to the reverse. The pin holds good tension within the catch, and the brooch is marked for 9ct and has been tested for peace of mind. A nice piece of antique gold for the collection.
The citrine measures 10mm x 8mm and has an estimated weight of 3.18cts. The brooch measures 5cm long and weighs in at a respectable 4.85gms unpacked.
