Here today for your consideration we have this lovely Edwardian sterling silver sugar bowl, made by Stokes & Ireland Ltd of Chester, c-1900. The bowl is of Georgian styling with three unembellished paw feet and pie-crust rim, being of good quality and gauge throughout. Condition is good used, with no major damage to note (one shallow depression to bowl near a foot, per photos). The bowl is free from monogram or crest, with the hallmarks about 80% overall. A versatile and useful English sterling silver bowl for the collection.
The bowl stands 5cm tall and has a diameter of 9.5cm at the rim. Unpacked, it weighs in at 95gms.
