Here today for your consideration we have this wonderful Edwardian sterling silver jam or sugar spade, made by Lee & Wigfull of Sheffield, c-1902. The piece features a flat blade with bright cut decoration and a whimsical scroll and flower design to the stem and tab, being of good quality throughout. Condition is reasonably good used, with evidence of an early repair near the bowl join (per photos). The piece is free from monogram or crest, with the hallmarks about 90% overall. An attractive early 20th century sterling silver spade for the collection.
The piece measures just over 13.5cm long and weighs in at 21gms unpacked.
