Here today for your consideration we have this lovely Edwardian sterling silver serving bowl, made by Martin, Hall & Co of Sheffield, c-1903. The bowl is of twelve-panel design with floral and scroll embellishments and flat base, being of very good quality and gauge throughout. Condition is good used, with no major damage to note (a few shallow depressions to the base, nothing too serious). The dish is free from monogram or crest, with the hallmarks about 50% overall (fading). A practical and beautiful early 20th century dish for the collection.
The bowl stands 3.5cm tall and has a diameter of about 20cm square at the rim. Unpacked, it weighs in at 181gms.
