Here today for your consideration we have this beautiful Edwardian sterling silver butter knife or letter opener, made by Hilliard & Thomason of Birmingham, c-1904. The knife features a rounded mother of pearl handle with bright cut curving blade, being of very good quality and gauge throughout. Condition is good used, with no major damage to note. The piece is free from monogram or crest, with the hallmarks about 70% overall. A lovely early 20th century sterling silver knife for the collection.
