Here today for your consideration we have this fantastic Edwardian sterling silver cruet set, made by William Hutton & Sons Ltd of Birmingham, c-1906. The set includes two open salt cellars and a lidded mustard pot with cobalt blue glass lining, being of good quality and gauge throughout. Condition is reasonably good used, with a couple of shallow depressions to the plinth bases and some surface dulling from previous exposure to salt (a dedicated polish may enhance presentation). The set includes the original spoons by the same maker (two assayed in Sheffield 1906; one London 1905), with the blue glass liner free from chips or cracks. The set is free from monogram or crest, with the hallmarks about 70% overall. An attractive and well proportioned early 20th century English sterling silver cruet set for the table.

The mustard pot stands 6cm tall, with the salt cellars having diameters of 5.5cm at the rims. Unpacked, the set weighs in at 144gms, or 113gms without the liner.
