Here today for your consideration we have this lovely Edwardian sterling silver and glass scent bottle, with lid by Cornelius Desormeaux Saunders & Frank Shephard of Chester, c-1906. The bottle is of cylindrical form being complete with internal stopper and screw-on silver lid with internal gilding. Condition is good used, with a few depressions to the lid evident and a chip to the rim of the bottle (the bottle will benefit from a good clean). The piece is without monogram or crest, with the hallmarks about 60% overall (fading). An attractive little bottle for the collection.
The bottle stands 6cm tall and has a diameter of about 3cm. Unpacked, it weighs in at 46gms.
