Here today for your consideration we have this most attractive Edwardian solid 15ct yellow gold pendant, featuring three claw-set natural amethyst stones, c-1910. This lovely piece is of drop design with richly coloured stones, being of very good quality throughout. Condition is good used, with no major damage to note. The bail is a later clip-on example in 9ct gold, with the pendant unmarked but tested and guaranteed as 15ct throughout. A delightful early 20th century solid gold statement pendant with clip-on removeable bail for versatility.
The amethyst have diameters of 9mm and 10mm with a total estimated weight of 7.98cts, with the pendant (including bail) measuring 59mm x 10mm. Unpacked, it weighs in at 5.96gms (inclusive of the 1.06gm bail).
