Here today for your consideration we have this beautiful Edwardian pair of sterling silver sugar casters, made by John Collard Vickery of Birmingham, c-1912. Each piece in this lovely set features a plinth base with tapering body, terminating in a pierced lid with turned finial. Condition is good used, with no major damage to note (several shallow depressions to the bases, refer photos). The lids sit very nicely to the bases, with each piece having matching hallmark. The piece is free from monogram or crest, with the hallmarks about 80% overall. A charming set for the collection.
Each caster stands 19cm tall, with the set having a generous combined weight of 311gms.
