Here today for your consideration we have this lovely Edwardian set of five fruit knives, having silver plated blades by Scott & Randall and sterling silver handles by John Biggin of Sheffield, c-1912. The set features torpedo-shaped hollow handles and pointed tips to the blades, being of good quality throughout. Condition is reasonable, with some plate wear and minor rust in some spots to the blades, with the handles having some fine and consistent bruising throughout. The set is free from monogram or crest, with the hallmarks fading. A useful set of early 20th century knives for the collection.
Each knife measures just over 17.5cm long, with the set weighing in at 136gms unpacked.
