Here today for your consideration we have this lovely Victorian sterling silver three-piece christening set, made by William Hutton & Sons Ltd of Sheffield, c-1913-1915 and retailed by H. L. Brown & Son Ltd of London and Sheffield. The set includes a knife, fork and spoon and has been produced in the Kings Husk design, being of very good quality and gauge throughout. Condition is good used, with no major damage to note. The set is free from monogram or crest, with the hallmarks about 80% overall. The box is a little shabby with hinges and clasp working as intended. A fine early 20th century English silver christening set in a collectable pattern.
The knife, spoon and fork measures 18cm, 14.5cm and 14cm long respectively. The boxed set weighs in at 251gms, with the cutlery pieces amounting to 82gms of this weight.
