Here today for your consideration we have this superb Edwardian 9ct gold bar brooch, featuring a large central green moss agate, c-1910. This beautiful piece is in good used condition, with damage limited to a small and discrete section of gold scroll missing (top left - refer photos). The pin sits nicely within the catch, with the brooch having a safety chain for peace of mind. The stone is smooth cut and very nice colour and grain through it. An attractive piece for the collection.
The agate measures 18mm x 12mm and has an estimated weight of 9.27cts. The brooch measures 6.5cm long and weighs in at 6.96gms unpacked.
