Here today for your consideration we have this fantastic Edwardian solid 15ct yellow gold brooch, made by Willis & Sons of Melbourne, c-1910. The brooch is of triple-rail design with star and moon themed settings containing a total of twenty (20) seed pearls of graduating size. The quality is good, with no major condition issues to note. A discrete and early repair is evident near the hinge, with some seed pearls likely replacements but well suited. The metal pin holds good tension within the catch, with the hallmarks in good order. A beautiful early 20th century Australian brooch in solid yellow gold.
