Here today for your consideration we have this very sweet antique sterling silver thimble, made by Northern Goldsmiths Co of Birmingham, sometime around 1925. The thimble is in size 16 and features fan and dimpled detail throughout, being of good quality. Condition is good used, with no major damage to note. The hallmarks are well struck, with the opening having some minor distortion. A very nice early 20th century English silver thimble for the collector.
The thimble stands 22mm tall and has a diameter of about 17mm at the opening. It weighs in at around 3gms.
