Here today for your consideration we have this superb Georgian sterling silver table or serving spoon, made by James Gilliland of Edinburgh, c-1757. The spoon has been produced in the popular Hanoverian design, being of very good quality and gauge throughout. Condition is good used, with no major damage to note. The spoon features a well executed though fading monogram to the verso, with the hallmarks about 60% overall. A fine mid 18th century Scottish sterling silver spoon in the desirable Hanoverian pattern.
The spoon measures 21cm long and weighs in at 69gms unpacked.
