Here today for your consideration we have this wonderful pair of Georgian sterling silver master salt cellars, made in London c-1759. Each salt is of tri-foot cauldron deign with feathered rims and feet, being of very good quality and gauge throughout. Condition is reasonably good used, with a few bumps to the finish and one with a pinprick through the base (per photos). The set is free from monogram or crest, with the hallmarks near faded. An attractive pair of mid 18th century English silver master salt cellars.
Each cellar stands 4.5cm tall and has a diameter of 6.5cm at the rim, with a total length of 9cm foot-to-foot. Unpacked, the set weighs in at 158gms.
