Here today for your consideration we have this wonderful pair of Georgian sterling silver three-tine dessert forks, made by George Smith III of London, c-1780. The set has been produced in the popular Hanoverian design, being of very good quality and gauge throughout. Condition is good used, with no major damage to note. The set is free from monogram or crest, with the hallmarks about 50% overall (fading though still legible). A good pair of English 18th century examples of a three-tine sterling silver fork.
Each fork measures just over 16cm long, with the set weighing in at 73gms unpacked.
