Here today for your consideration we have this fine Georgian sterling silver teaspoon, made by Peter, Ann & William Bateman of London, c-1800. The spoon has been produced in the popular Old English design, being of good quality and gauge throughout. Condition is good used, with no major damage to note (some minor distortion to the bowl, nothing too serious). The spoon features a well executed monogram to the face, with the hallmarks about 50% overall (faded passant; date letter near lost). A delightful early 19th century silver teaspoon from a most prominent family of silversmiths.
