Here today for your consideration we have this nice set of Georgian sterling silver sugar nips or tongs, made by Thomas Dicks of London, c-1804. The set has been produced in the delightful Old English Bead design, being of good quality throughout. Condition is good used, with no major damage to note. The set features a well executed monogram to the head, with the hallmarks about 70% overall (maker fading). A versatile set of early 19th century sterling silver nips for sugar, or repurpose for antipasto and other pickles.
