Here today for your consideration we have this lovely Georgian sterling silver entree fork, made by Peter & William Bateman of London, c-1807. The fork has been produced in the popular Fiddleback design, being of good quality and gauge throughout. Condition is good used, with no major damage to note (evidence of an early repair to the stem, per photos). The fork is free from monogram or crest, with the hallmarks about 80% overall (maker fading). A useful early 19th century sterling silver fork from one of the most renown silver families.
