Here today for your consideration we have this beautiful Georgian set of four sterling silver dinner forks, made by Peter & William Bateman of London, c-1808. This wonderful set has been produced in the popular Fiddle & Thread design (single struck) and is of very good quality and gauge throughout. Condition is good used, with no major damage to note. Each features a well executed crest to the face, with the hallmarks about 80% overall (maker fading). A very fine set for the collection.
