Here today for your consideration we have this wonderful set of four Georgian sterling silver dessert or fruit knives, made by Moses Brent of London, c-1810. The set has been produced in the popular Old English Thread design, being of very good quality and gauge throughout. Condition is reasonably good used, with the handles sustaining a few shallow depressions throughout and the handles having some separation (still tight to the blades). The set features a well executed crest to the handles, with the hallmarks about 80% overall. A fantastic and versatile set of early 19th century English silver knives for the collection.
Each knife measures 21cm-22cm long, with the set weighing in at 245gms unpacked.
