Here today for your consideration we have this beautiful Georgian sterling silver salt ladle, made by Richard Crossley & George Smith IV of London, c-1810. The spoon has been produced in the popular Fiddle Back design with gilt bowl, being of very good quality and gauge throughout. Condition is good used, with no major damage to note (wear to the gilding evident, per photos). The piece features a well executed crest and monogram to the face, with the hallmarks about 80% overall. A lovely piece for the collection.
The spoon measures 11.5cm long and weighs in at 17gms unpacked.
