Here today for your consideration we have this nice set of Georgian sterling silver sugar nips or tongs, made by George Ferris of Exeter, c-1814. The set has been produced in the popular Fiddleback design, being of good quality throughout. Condition is good used, with no major damage to note. The set features a well executed monogram to one side, with the hallmarks about 80% overall (no town mark struck). A versatile set of early 19th century sterling silver nips for sugar, or repurpose for antipasto and other pickles.
