Here today for your consideration we have this wonderful Georgian sterling silver sauce ladle, made by George Turner of Exeter, c-1816. The ladle has been produced in the popular Old English design, being of good quality and gauge throughout. Condition is good used, with no major damage to note. The piece features a well executed monogram to the face, with the hallmarks about 90% overall. A useful early 19th century ladle from an uncommon English assay office.
The ladle measures 16cm long with the bowl measuring about 6cm wide. Unpacked, it weighs in at 51gms.
