Here today for your consideration we have this superb set of six Georgian sterling silver dinner forks, made by Adam Elder of Edinburgh, c-1829. The forks have been produced in the popular Old English design, being of exceptional quality and gauge throughout. Condition is good used, with no major damage to note. Each fork features a well executed crest to the verso (Buchanan family), with the hallmarks about 90% overall. A high quality set of early 19th century Scottish silver for the collection.
Each fork measures just over 20.5cm long, with the set weighing in at a respectable 540gms unpacked.
