Here today for your consideration we have this wonderful Georgian sterling silver dessert spoon, made by William Bateman of London, c-1832. The spoon has been produced in the popular Fiddleback design and is of very good quality and gauge. Condition is good used, with the normal signs of use evident including a couple of shallow depressions to the bowl. The spoon features a well executed crest to the face, with the hallmarks being about 80% overall (maker fading). A nice piece to add to or complete the collection.
The spoon measures 17cm long and weighs in at 33gms unpacked.
