Here today for your consideration we have this stunning antique solid 15ct yellow gold signet ring, featuring an intaglio of a Roman soldier carved from hematite, c-1920's. The quality is good, with the carving in good condition and having no losses. The intaglio has some minor movement within the claws, but it securely held. The band is a little knocked around with a couple of repairs evident, per photos. The ring is without engraving or hallmarks, bus has been tested and is guaranteed to be between 14ct and 15ct gold throughout. A beautiful and desirable hematite intaglio ring in antique gold.
The intaglio panel measures 13mm x 10mm, with the band being sized a US 7, UK N and EU 54. Unpacked, the ring weighs in at 4.22gms.
