Here today for your consideration we have this lovely Art Deco solid 18ct yellow gold boat shape dress ring, featuring five alternating rose-cut diamonds and natural sapphires by Birmingham maker WAW, c-1920's. The quality is very good, with the ring hallmarked to the interior of the band and without engraving. The stones are free from wear or table damage, with the setting in good order. An attractive early 20th century English sapphire & diamond ring in high carat solid gold.
The stones have diameters of 1mm - 2mm with the ring being 6.5mm at its widest point. The band is sized a US 8, UK P and EU 56. Unpacked, it weighs in at 2.34gms.
