Here today for your consideration we have this beautiful pair of early Victorian sterling silver dessert spoons, made by Samuel Hayne & Dudley Cater of London, c-1838. This superb set has be produced in the popular Queens pattern and is of exceptional quality and gauge, having the very desirable Oyster back join. Condition is good used, with no major damage to note. Each piece is free from monogram or crest (erased to face), with the hallmarks being about 90% overall. A very fine set for the collection.
Each spoon measures 18cm long, with the set weighing in at a generous 135gms unpacked.
