Here today for your consideration we have this superb Victorian sterling silver dessert spoon, made by Samuel Hayne & Dudley Cater of London, c-1841. The spoon has been produced in the popular Old English design, being of good quality and gauge throughout. Condition is good used, with no major damage to note. The spoon features a well executed though fading crest to the face, with the hallmarks about 80% overall. A useful piece of 19th-century English sterling silver for the collection.
