Here today for your consideration we have this superb early Victorian sterling silver table or serving spoon, made by John James Whiting of London, c-1843. The spoon has been produced in the popular Fiddle, Thread & Shell design, being of exceptional quality and gauge throughout. Condition is good used, with no major damage to note. The spoon features a near-worn crest to the face, with the hallmarks about 70% overall (fading). A useful spoon to add to or complete the collection.
The spoon measures 22.5cm long and weighs in at a very respectable 93gms unpacked.
