Here today for your consideration we have this beautiful Victorian pair of sterling silver sauce ladles, made by Chawner & Co under the direction of George William Adams of London, c-1845. The set has been produced in the popular Kings pattern, being of exceptional quality and gauge throughout. Condition is good used, with no major damage to note. Each ladle features a fading crest to the face, with the hallmarks about 80% overall. A useful set of mid 19th century silver from one of the most prominent makers of the time.
Each ladle measures 18.5cm long and is 6cm wide at the bowl. Unpacked, the set weighs in at a respectable 165gms.
